RoadsideFlow AI ("we", "us") operates a 24/7 roadside dispatch platform that matches stranded drivers with verified local service providers. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Customer requests: name, phone number, vehicle details, breakdown location, service needed, optional notes and photos.
Providers: business name, contact info, service area, services offered, licensing/insurance, payout details, and dispatch history.
Location: the geocoded location of your breakdown and the live location of dispatched providers, used only for the active job.
Technical data: device, browser, and access logs for security and abuse prevention.

How we use information

To dispatch the closest verified provider to your emergency.
To send SMS updates about your request (request received, provider assigned, en route, completed).
To operate the provider network — payouts, ratings, and performance tracking.
To detect fraud, abuse, and safety risks.

Sharing

We share the minimum information needed to fulfill a dispatch: customer name, phone, location, and service request are shared with the assigned provider only. We do not sell personal information.

By submitting a request you consent to receive SMS messages from RoadsideFlow AI about your dispatch. Standard message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Data retention

Dispatch records are retained for operational, legal, and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
