By using RoadsideFlow AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
RoadsideFlow AI is a dispatch platform that connects stranded drivers with independent local service providers (towing, tire, fuel, lockout, jump start, mobile mechanic). We are not a towing or repair company. Service is provided by independent third-party providers.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate location, contact, and vehicle information.
- Pay the agreed price for service directly to the responding provider (or as billed by RoadsideFlow AI).
- Wait in a safe location and follow law-enforcement and provider instructions.
Provider responsibilities
- Maintain valid licensing, insurance, and operating authority.
- Accept or decline dispatch offers honestly and respond within the platform's SLA.
- Deliver service in a safe, professional, and legal manner.
Payments and fees
Pricing for each service is determined by the responding provider or the RoadsideFlow AI rate card. Subscription and lead fees for providers are billed through Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Limitation of liability
RoadsideFlow AI is a marketplace and is not liable for the acts, omissions, vehicle damage, personal injury, or service quality of independent providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to RoadsideFlow AI in the prior 30 days.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, repeated cancellations, low quality scores, or violation of these terms.
